FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Healthcare Justice Town Hall to be Held in Brownsville, Texas on July 27, 2019.
Brownsville, Texas. July 5, 2019 -- The Debs-Johnson-Douglass Institute along with Our Revolution Brownsville announced they will be hosting a Healthcare Justice Town Hall on July 27, 2019. The public will be invited to attend to share their stories about their struggles with lack of healthcare coverage.
There will be a panel of local leaders, community members, medical officials & local elects to discuss how the community deals with its lack of healthcare coverage. Other state and local elected officials are expected to attend and listen to their constituents.
The Town Hall will be at the Brownsville Public Library--Southmost Branch, 4320 Southmost Road at 2:00pm to 3:30pm.
The Debs-Johnson-Douglass Institute is the non-profit 501(c)(3) educational and cultural arm of the Labor Party. Named for labor champions Eugene V Debs.
